Must meet all these requirements to return products. (no exceptions)
1. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
2. Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
All instructions and any paper work that comes with product must be in the package.
4. We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product, unless stated differently on the
web page you ordered from.
5. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
including the packaging.
6. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.
7. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not
order but received from us will qualify for store
credit or a cash
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
8. There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being
exchanged and are not damaged. Again you
MUST contact us within 7 days
if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us
days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
9. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs if seller is not at

NOTE: We hope when reading our return policy you realize it is our intent to help you the customer anyway we can,
but must have limits on our responsibility in your purchases. If you are working on your own product we can
assist you from over the phone, chat, or e-mail but as we are not there and can not accept responsibility for
